We recommend that you book your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome.

We suggest you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to allow the skin care therapist to be on time for his/her next guest.

To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy.

Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions. Your comfort and well being is very important to us. Talking with the skin care therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum benefits and satisfaction.

To preserve a serene, peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the spa. We also encourage whispering in the spa.

Guests under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian's approval. Children are not permitted in the spa facilities unless receiving services.
